I have neither attended nor graduated from an online law school. I have attended many schools online.

If you go that route, be certain that you understand there is not an ABA accredited law school teaching online. That means that the future utility of the degree may be considerably limited.

If that is not an issue for you then by all means strive on. ?

There was a recent court case in the northeast that permitted a Concord grad to license in that state. I’m not sure which state it was but a case review should find it.

There are more and more people who study law online in the USA and have in fact graduated, passed the bar exam and are now practicing. However, there are a few hurdles yet to overcome in some states, see this very interesting article:
    http://www.calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_cbj.jsp?sCategoryPath=/Home/Attorney%20Resources/California%20Bar%20Journal/January2009&sCatHtmlPath=cbj/2009-01_TH_05_onlinelawschoolgrad.html&sCatHtmlTitle=Top%20Headlines

Concord Law School is in fact recognized by the California Bar Association, and you would be able to practice as a lawyer in California if you graduated from Concord and passed the California Bar.
    More info on this here:
    http://info.concordlawschool.edu/Pages/Bar_Exam.aspx

As you can see, it’s early days yet before online law degrees are fully accepted across the USA, but it is slowly getting there.

    Hope this helps.
